Rewind to the beginning of June, and you can check our thoughts on all that encompasses the vision for Sheraton 2020. New branding, better service, and a bunch of other items all consolidated into a marketer’s dream—a ten-point list. The whole campaign isn’t set to start until later this year, but you can catch a sneak peak at their vision thanks to the new Sheraton website.

From the Sheraton folks their new home on the World Wide Web includes “an enhanced user journey, high-end design, artful photography, and a modern color palette.” There are some snazzy photographs on the site, so we do have to agree with them there. There’s integration with Twitter and Instagram too, so one does not have to look far for a little bit of cyber jealousy.

The booking process has been given a reboot and seems a little bit smoother, and there are search menus seemingly everywhere. If you’re looking to exchange your credit card digits for a Sheraton stay, the site will gladly accept them pretty much anywhere and everywhere.

The site features a refreshed Sheraton logo, but we have to say that things look pretty similar to the former logo—maybe it’s just us? Did they just remove the word Sheraton? Regardless the website is certainly better, and is a great introduction to Sheraton 2020; however, we’ll just look forward to a little more as part of the bigger rollout and plan rather than just the website.
