Keep your eyes out for some snazzy hotel advertising this summer, as a couple of chains are doing their best to win your travel dollars and hotel budgetand they might have already captured ours.
According to Forbes, Le Meridien is going with a vintage approach to win over some new travelers. Think the classic cool of the jet age, as they’ve tasked illustratorand Paris residentVirginie Morgand with creating some travel-inspired images. Weve included one such example above, but head over here to see some more of her original workits pretty darn awesome.
Next up is Loews Hotels and Resorts, but instead of reaching out to a professional, theyre just crowdsourcing a little imagery from social media. As part of their #TravelForReal campaign the Loews folks will be using plenty of Instagram images to show real travelers having a real good time. They think its a good way in which to show off true and authentic experiences, and we have to agree. Lets just hope theyre sending up a bottle of bubbly or something similar to the users who are sharing these images.
